We're hiring Collection Specialists to join a fast-paced call center team where you'll level up your phone, negotiation, and people skills daily.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound + outbound calls (you'll stay busy 100%)
  • Help customers resolve account issues and find solutions
  • Hit daily call + performance goals (and feel good doing it)
  • Keep detailed notes and document everything correctly
  • Work with your team when things get tricky - no one figures it out alone

$$ Pay & Growth

  • $19.50/hour (non-bilingual) starting pay
  • Opportunity to earn more with a new base and bonus, once you convert to permanent

Schedule:

· Day Shift Option 1: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, plus 1 Saturday per month (8:00am-12:00pm).

· Day Shift Option 2: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, plus 1 Saturday per month (8:00am-12:00pm).

· Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm-9:00pm; Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (no Saturdays).

Training: Approximately 2 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Must Have's:

  • Call center experience (this is key - you know the pace)
  • Strong communication skills - confident, clear, and respectful
  • Goal-driven mindset - you like hitting numbers and winning
  • Reliable attendance (your team counts on you)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
